Join the MPSA, MEDLIFE and CMH next Friday November 23rd from 1-3pm for a screening of “I Am Still Your Child”, a short documentary that looks into the lives of Children Of a Parent with Mental Illness (COPMI)!

There are 575,000 of these young caregivers in Canada. COPMI are at a higher risk of developing mental illness themselves and reproducing a potentially toxic pattern. Despite this, there is still a lack of awareness and support for them within our healthcare system, which “I Am Still Your Child” aims to change.
