Julia Barclay is a Social Work student in her second year at McGill. She is doing her placement at a woman's shelter downtown. Her work experience has brought her into contact with marginalized communities, which has inspired her interest in innovative approaches to mental health. She hopes to work around access and destigmatizing in her future professional practice.
