Hellooo there! I’m Sze Pak and I’m currently a third year BA Psychology undergraduate student at McGill. Joining CMH has opened up my eyes to the many ways that mental health is integrated within different fields that I’d never thought to consider before. Being a person that feels so passionately about mental health being a part of this association has allowed for me to learn so much more than I would in a classroom, all whilst being surrounded by those who share the same interests. I hope to pursue a Masters / PhD in Counselling Psychology in regards to children / adolescents mental health, and/or Health Psychology, following my undergraduates studies. Mental health is a reality that needs to be more recognised and less stigmatised, which through the sharing knowledge between fields, between people, is how we start. I’m really glad and lucky to be a part of this process.
