As a perpetually curious human being with a wide range of interests, I often find myself drawn to the tiny corners where disciplines intersect. In the past, I have studied art history, psychology, and languages. Currently, I am undertaking a Masters degree in psychiatry and aim to tap into a variety of topics from art, phenomenology, the Internet, embodiment, culture, attention, consciousness, and more. I view mental health as a complex phenomenon that lies at the juncture of mind, brain, culture, and body, and thus, the best mental healthcare will be multifaceted in approach. CMH is a platform for this interdisciplinary understanding of mental healthcare to take concrete shape, and I have found myself inspired, energized, and educated by my peers.
