PhD Clinical Psychology

Collaborative mental healthcare involves the integration of important resources and research to more appropriately and holistically treat clinical populations. To me, collaborative healthcare means that we're taking our aspirations for quality healthcare a step further by working as a united front by taking into account various important and relevant perspectives.

I received a Honours Psychology degree from the University of Waterloo, then completed a Masters in Psychiatry at McGill University prior to beginning my current clinical psychology doctoral program. My research focusses on mental health concerns, specifically depression, in chronic illnesses.

In the future, I hope to impact mental health services from my involvement in research, teaching, and clinical roles.
