I am currently a med-p doing a bachelor of science. Since CEGEP, my interest for mental health didn’t stop from growing. Whether in my personal life or at school I have been promoting and interested in several fields related to positive psychology and how it can help anyone improve their life and their health. My curiosity and desire to learn more on mental health pushed me to be part of CMH. I hope as a future physician to raise awareness on mental health issues but more than anything that I can incorporate the idea of collaborative mental health care in my practice and promote it in my workplace.
