What is CMH?

CMH is a unique space for future mental healthcare workers and researchers to come together 2 evenings per month. Collaborative learning is encouraged via interdisciplinary case studies, popular media & article discussions and workshops led by guest partners and students.

CMH topics include: efficacy and development of interdisciplinary professional networks in mental healthcare, current collaborative care models, cultural competency, client -oriented approaches, integration of mental health interventions from various fields -and many other exciting topics!

CMH allows for a non-hierarchal space in which McGill students and community members gather to generate future research questions, develop clinical skills and establish long-lasting interprofessional networks. CMH provides valuable educational, community networking and mental health advocacy experiences for students from both graduate and undergraduate programs with interests in clinical and research aspects of mental healthcare. CMH is a great opportunity to meet like-minded students, network, and learn more about different perspectives in the healthcare field.
